Known for her can-do attitude and mechanical know-how, there’s nothing she can’t fix — in a home or in a negotiation.Karin’s outgoing and hardworking spirit is the heartbeat of the team.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her volunteering at the Delta Hospital Thrift Store, tending to her koi fish pond, nurturing her vibrant garden, or caring for the chickens on her farm in Ladner. 

Danielle

Karin’s daughter and a dynamic force in her own right, Danielle brings nearly a decade of real estate experience — and a deep understanding of the ins and outs of the industry.
